19th C JAPANESE SCREEN : Magnificent 19th C Japanese or Indonesian four-panel screen in beech stained to imitate bamboo. The silk panels are hand-embroidered with birds and trees in blossom, each panel bearing a different scene. The silk is ripped in places but the general high quality of the screen makes it worth being restored. Fully open: 2 meters wide Height 1.42 meters
